Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing event organizers
Coordinate with event organizer and relevant parties to ensure that event ticket sales objectives and targets are achieved.
Maintain positive relationships and coordinate with team, company’s clients, and follow through on issues in a timely manner to ensure efficient service.
Establish and communicate event organizer's requirements & expectations throughout the company and ensure the availability and sufficiency of resources and support to meet them.
Work with the sales team to lead commercial activities, including business case preparation and sub-quoting team to achieve nomination under the established margins, appropriated sales conditions, payment terms, etc.
Achieve assigned targets (Number of events & sale)
Ensuring the smooth deployment of services to maximise the success of clients events.
JOB QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCES
Male or female, age not over 35 years old
Bachelor degree or higher in any field
At least 3-5 year experience in sales or marketing management (having event or entertainment background will be an advantaged)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both English & Thai.
Keen interest in Thailand’s events industry with insight into current outlay of the industry
Detail oriented and deadline focused
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong time management skills.
Proactive, energetic and self-motivated.
Ability to represent the company in a professional and respectable manner.
Flexible schedule: Able to travel upcountry or work on weekend (Occasionally)
