เงื่อนไขในการซื้อบัตร
- บัตร E-Ticket นี้ใช้แสดงตนในการรับริสแบนด์สำหรับงานตามวันและเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
- ผู้ที่เป็นเจ้าของบัตร E-Ticket จะต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปและมีหลักฐานตัวจริงแสดงอายุเพื่อเข้างาน
- บัตร E-Ticket นี้ต้องใช้ลงทะเบียนเข้างานผ่านระบบ Pre-Registration ของอีเว้นท์ ป็อปก่อนเข้างานเพื่อรับริสแบนด์ (1 E-Ticket สามารถใช้ลงทะเบียน Pre-Registration ได้ 1 รายชื่อเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนชื่อหลัง Pre-Registration ได้ในทุกกรณี)
- บัตร E-TIcket นี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี ยกเว้นการยกเลิกงานโดยผู้จัดที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย แต่ไม่รวมถึงคำสั่งหรือคำขอความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานราชการ
- บัตร E-Ticket นี้ไม่สามารถนำบัตรไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางการค้าเว้นแต่จะได้รับการยินยอมจากผู้จัด
- หากบัตร E-Ticket นี้ไม่ได้มีการซื้อโดยผู้ถือบัตรโดยตรงผ่านช่องทางที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด ทางผู้จัดงานจะไม่ขอรับผิดชอบใดๆในทุกกรณี
- หากผู้จัดงานพบว่าผู้ซื้อบัตรมีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎที่ผู้จัดงานมีการประกาศให้ทราบ ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่ให้ผู้ซื้อบัตรเข้าร่วมงานทุกกรณี
Terms & Conditions
1. This E-Ticket can be used to receive the wristband assigned to the event on the specified dates and times of the show only.
2. Ticket holders must be age of 20 or over and must bring an original ID card or official identification document as proof of age to enter the event.
3. Ticket holders must use their E-Ticket to register for the event via the Pre-Registration system on the Eventpop website before entering the event in order to receive their wristband. (1 E-Ticket can be used to register only 1 unique name. The ticket holder name can not be changed after Pre-registration has been completed any circumstance)
4. This E-Ticket can not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable except in the case of the event being cancelled by the organizer for reasons other than force majeure but excluding any government-related department/organization requesting for the event to be cancelled or issuing an order for the event not to be held.
5. This E-Ticket cannot be used for any commercial purposes unless official permission from the organizer has been received.
6. The organizers will NOT be liable for any E-Ticket that was not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
7. The organizer reserves the right to deny entrance to any ticket buyer whom the Organizer deems to have inappropriate behavior or violates the organizer’s regulations announced.
วิธีการโอนสิทธิ์บัตร E-Ticket (How to Transfer Ticket)
ในกรณีที่เจ้าของบัตรไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมงานได้ สามารถใช้สิทธิ์โอนบัตรผ่านระบบทางเว็บไซต์ หรือ แอปพลิเคชันของ Eventpop เท่านั้น ได้ตั้งแต่วันนี้-3 ธ.ค. 2563 โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ เพิ่มเติมทั้งสิ้น อ่านรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ ที่นี่
Ticket holders who are unable to attend the event can transfer their ticket ownership free of charge only via the Evenpop website or application until the 3 December 2020.

วิธีการแลกรับริสแบนด์ด้วย E-Ticket (How to redeem ticket and exchange wristband)
ผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกท่านจะต้องทำการลงทะเบียนชื่อเจ้าของบัตรล่วงหน้าผ่านระบบ Pre-registration ของ Eventpop ก่อนเข้างานตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 ธ.ค. เป็นต้นไปเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรการ Safety & Health Administration (SHA) (E-Ticket 1 ใบ สามารถใช้ลงทะเบียน Pre-Registration ได้
1 ชื่อเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนชื่อผู้ลงทะเบียนหลังจากลงทะเบียนสำเร็จแล้ว)
All attendees must register the name of ticket via the Eventpop pre-registration system before entering the event to comply with the Health Administration Regulations (SHA). Pre-registration can be done starting the 4th December 2020. (1 E-Ticket can be used to register only 1 unique name. The ticket holder name cannot be changed once pre-registration has been completed.)
กรุณาแสดงบัตร E-Ticket ที่ทำการ Pre-registration เรียบร้อยแล้วพร้อมบัตรประชาชนหรือเอกสารทางราชการอื่นๆ ที่มีรูปถ่าย (เอกสารต้องเป็นตัวจริงเท่านั้น) เพื่อแลกรับริสแบนด์สำหรับเข้างานได้ที่เคาน์เตอร์ Eventpop ในวันงาน โดยชื่อที่ลงทะเบียน Pre-registration จะต้องตรงตามที่ปรากฎในบัตรประชาชนหรือเอกสารทางราชการอื่นๆ ที่อนุญาตจึงจะสามารถแลกรับริสแบนด์ได้
Ticket holders will be asked to present their completed pre-registered E-Ticket along with their original official picture identification document (such as ID Card, Passport or driving license) to receive their wristband at the Eventpop counter on the event day. The pre-registered name must match with the identification document to be able to receive the wristband.
ทางผู้จัดงานไม่อนุญาตให้รับริสแบนด์แทนผู้อื่นได้ในทุกกรณี
The organizer does not allow attendees to pick up any wristband on behalf of other ticket holders under any circumstances. Ticket holders must pick up their wristband in person.
ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมงานหากชื่อที่ปรากฏในระบบของริสแบนด์หรือระบบ Pre-registration ไม่ตรงกับบัตรประชาชนหรือเอกสารทางราชการอื่นๆ ที่อนุญาตให้นำมาใช้
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee whose ticket has been pre-registered with a name that does not match the identification document presented by the attendee.
ในกรณีที่ริสแบนด์เสียหาย
- หากริสแบนด์เกิดความเสียหายจากผู้เข้าร่วมงาน เช่น ชิปหัก, สายขาด สามารถนำริสแบนด์เก่ามาเปลี่ยนที่เคาน์เตอร์ Eventpop โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 300 บาท/ริสแบนด์
- หากริสแบนด์เกิดความเสียหายก่อนใช้งาน (เช่น ริสแบนด์ไม่สามารถสแกนได้) สามารถนำริสแบนด์เก่ามาเปลี่ยนที่เคาน์เตอร์ Eventpop โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
In the case of wristband damage
- If the wristband is damaged due to the attendee action (such as the chip getting bent or the wristband being cut / torn), you can bring the damaged wristband to the Eventpop counter to receive a new wristband at a cost of 300 THB per wristband.
- If the wristband chip is damaged or faulty before entering the event (such as not being able to scan the wristband chip), you may exchange the wristband at the Eventpop counter free of charge.
ในกรณีที่ทำริสแบนด์หาย ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณี
The organizers will not take any responsibility for any lost wristband.
*การเปลี่ยนริสแบนด์ในทุกกรณีสามารถดำเนินการให้ตามชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ใน
ริสแบนด์เส้นที่เสียหายเท่านั้น
*In all cases, the wristband exchange can only be made for the name of the person registered on the wristband only.
** สำหรับงานนี้ผู้ซื้อบัตรจะต้องมารับริสแบนด์ที่หน้างานเท่านั้น และไม่มีการจัดส่งริสแบนด์ไปยังที่อยู่ใดๆ
** For this event, ticket buyers must pick up their wristband at the event only. Wristbands will not be delivered to any ticket buyer’s address.
