Expressing your feelings can be difficult. Some time, even overwhelming - but we believe that with a little help everyone can do it, and this is the goal for this class: to help you express your feelings by drawing.
Please do not think that you must be good at drawing: this class is not about drawing. Drawing is just the most universal form of communication, so no special skills are needed for this class. All you need to do is to listen to yourself and express it on paper, no matter the results. We will guide you in this process by proposing several activities that involve drawing and feelings.
We strongly believe that self-expression can help people and that drawing is a great way to do it.
This class is interactive, which means that during the class you will always be engaged and doing something.
