COVID-19 and Vaccination Protocols
- Kolour requires all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
-100% of guests will be required to take an ATK test at the entrance (or at their hotel arrival, if staying at a partner hotel) with a negative result required to be granted entry. We will not allow a negative test result from any other source apart from our entry test or partner hotels.
- In the case of a COVID-19 related postponement, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new event date. If unavailable to attend the new date, you will be offered a 1 x future Kolour event ticket voucher. Note that we will NOT be opening refunds for this event.
