We would like to invite you for a
“BAScii Freshmen Orientation Day 2022”
13.00 – 15.00, July 1, 2022
Room 801, Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Building (Chamchuri 10), Chulalongkorn University.
During your orientation, you’ll explore on academic and student affairs, student life, and activities and we will also provide you an opportunity to get to know our faculty and staff. Please find the attached program schedule for BAScii Freshmen Orientation Day 2022.
Dress code: Chula student uniform (highly recommended) or Business formal outfit.
Additionally, to ensure the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 as announced by Chulalongkorn University procedures, we would like to inform your that every student who will be attending the BAScii Freshmen Orientation Day 2022 are required to follow the COVID safety protocol for the on-site event as follows:
1. Only students who received at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccines are allowed for the on-site event and all of them are required to show their vaccine certification at registration desk.
2. All students must do the ATK test in advance, not more than 24 hours prior to the orientation day. Students are required to show the photo of the ATK test result with full name, date, and timestamp at registration desk.
3. Students MUST wear face mask at all times with the appropriate social distancing during the orientation.
The participation confirmation link with the PDPA Consent Form which require all participants to complete and upload to the provided link that will be sent to you soon before the orientation day in a separated email.
