เงื่อนไขในการซื้อบัตร

1. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกท่านต้องมีอายุครบ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์
2. ผู้ที่ซื้อบัตรผ่านทางระบบ Eventpop จะได้รับ E-Ticket จากทาง Eventpop กรุณาเก็บ QR-Code ไว้เป็นควาบลับ และไม่เผยแพร่ให้ผู้อื่นทราบ
3. เมื่อถึงวันงานให้ท่านนำ QR Code ของ E-Ticket มาแลกริสแบนด์ที่โต๊ะตามชนิดบัตรของท่าน และจะไม่มีการออกริสแบนด์โดยไม่แสดง E-Ticket
4. E-Ticket นี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี ยกเว้นการยกเลิกงานโดยผู้จัดที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย ถูกขอให้ยกเลิก หรือออกคำสั่งไม่ให้จัดงานโดยหน่วยงาน/องค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรัฐบาล
5. หาก E-Ticket นี้ไม่ได้มีการซื้อโดยผู้ถือบัตรโดยตรงผ่านช่องทางที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด ทางผู้จัดงานจะไม่ขอรับผิดชอบใดๆในทุกกรณี 
6. หากชื่อบน E-Ticket ไม่ตรงกับบัตรประชาชน หรือพาสปอร์ตทางผู้จัดจะไม่มีการออกริสแบนด์ให้ในทุกกรณี
7. เมื่อเข้างานไปแล้ว ผู้เข้าร่วมงานไม่สามารถออกและขอเข้างานใหม่ได้ (No Re-Entry)

1. ผู้ที่ซื้อโต๊ะ VIP และVVIP กรุณาส่งรูปใบเสร็จ หรือหลักฐานการชำระเงินมาที่ Line Official @acquaofficial เพื่อทำการเลือกโต๊ะกับทางเจ้าหน้าที่ของผู้จัด (ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้กับลูกค้าที่ติดต่อเข้ามาก่อน)
2. กรุณาแจ้งชื่อ - นามสกุล ของสมาชิกที่อยู่ร่วมโต๊ะ
3. หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ชื่อขอวสมาชิก กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในวันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2565
4. หากชื่อของสมาชิกไม่ตรงกับที่แจ้งมาข้างต้น ทางงานไม่สามารถออกริสแบนด์ให้ได้ในทุกกรณี

1. Attendees must be 20 years old
2. Attendees who purchase tickets via Eventpop system will receive an E-Ticket from Eventpop. Please keep the QR-Code as a secret.
3. On the event day, please bring your QR Code from the E-Ticket to exchange the wristband. The wristband will not be provide without showing the E-Ticket.
4. E-Ticket can't exchange for cash or request a refund in all cases except, the cancellation of the event by the organizer or was asked to cancel or order not to organize events by government-related agencies/organizations
5. If this E-Ticket is not purchased directly by Eventpop,  the organizer will not take any responsibility in any case.
6. If the name on the E-Ticket does not match the ID card or passport, the organizer will not provide a wristband in any case.
7. No Re-Entry in any cases

For VIP and VVIP Customer

1. Attendees who purchase VIP and VVIP Package please send the reciept of payment to Line Official Account @acquaofficial to reserve the table with the organizer's staff (We reserve the right to customers who contacted in first)
2. Please provide full name of table members
3. If there is a change member's name Please contact the staff within 22 November 2022.
4. If the member's name is not match with the name that provide, the organizer will not provide a wristband in any case.

How to redeem a ticket and wristband exchange?

Attendees must bring their E-Ticket with the ID cards or passport that can verify identity (must be the original only). The document must be match with the name on the E-Ticket to exchanged the wristband exchange point. 

**Order Confirmation cannot be used to exchange the wristband wristband in all cases. **
