Refund and cancellation policy:
-All tickets cannot change name.
-Early bird and our Special Promotion tickets are non-refundable.
-You can email to pop@eventpop.me request to cancel your ticket up to 2 weeks prior to the event date (we can refund only ticket price, not ticket fee and service charged from the ticket agent)
-Any canceled up to 1 week before the event date will be subject to 50% deduction and any cancellation after this date will be 100% charged unless for medical reasons where medical documentation will be required.
