Platform thinking - Creating agility at scale

Platform thinking - Creating agility at scale

 By ThoughtWorks & SCB

Over the years we’ve seen huge benefits from the adoption of Agile and DevOps in changing the way teams deliver software and solutions, but how do you change a whole large organisation to be more nimble and responsive to customer needs?

In this presentation, Evan and Theesit will share their own experiences from organisations undergoing digital transformation.
How does a large scale change impact enterprise architecture, programme management, infrastructure and operations, continuous delivery, integration and APIs, and even data?

Date: 23 January 2017 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Location : GlowFish 4TH Floor
CENTERPOINT OF SIAM SQUARE
