Terms & Conditions for purchasing tickets
2. User can buy 2 TICKETS / ORDER of Early Bird type and can buy 10 TICKETS / ORDER for Advance and Regular type.
3. You will have 15 minutes to check your ticket amount and choose to receive wristband at the event or choose to receive wristband by delivery to your address.
*In the case of customers logging in eventpop via Facebook, must fill your full name - last name in ticket information
- The delivery system will be closed within March 30, 2023 (11.59 P.M.)
(For customers who choose delivery wristband on March 28,29,30, 2023, We will send wristband next day which you cannot change the delivery information once the wristband has been delivered)
- In case the ticket buyer fills in the wrong delivery address, you can contact Customer Support for a request to change the information within 3 days after the purchase date. (except for customers who choose to delivery wristbands on March 28,29,30, 2023)
- In case of fill wrong zip code, customers have to pay additional charges
- If you choose the method of receiving wristband, it cannot be changed later. Ticket buyers can fill in an address to deliver wristband only one time in each order. Please check delivery information before confirming the transaction.
- Organizer reserves the right to not refund ticket and shipping fee in case the parcel is failed to deliver such as incorrect address and no recipient. The ticket holder must contact Customer Support to verify identity with My Wallet to receive the wristband at the event only.
4. Payment methods (Read more details)
- Credit / Debit Card, Alipay, K Plus, QR Promtpay, Bill Payment
- Installment Payment via Credit card click here (Total card purchases of 2,500 baht or more, Installment payment up to 4 months, only for specified bank credit cards.)
5. After you successfully completed a payment,
- For those who selected to receive wristband at event date, Use E-Ticket to pick up wristband.
- For those who selected to receive wristband via delivery, We will send the parcel to your address indicated for delivery, you can track delivery status (Tracking No.) at My Wallet. How to check Tracking No. click here
- Start delivery wristbands from March 2023 onwards.
2. After the payment has been made, can not be change the type of ticket and can not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable. (Non-refundable/ Non-upgradeable)
**Please do not show your E-Ticket QR Code / Reference Code / Confidential information to public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.
- E-Ticket name must match with the identification document to be able to receive the wristband
- E-Ticket can be printed or displayed via mobile phone
- Please prepare your ID card, driver's license or passport for verification. Only Foreigners prepare passports. (copy of documents can be used)
- In case you buy more than 1 E-Ticket of your order under the same name:
- Show power of attorney with signature from the owner of E-Ticket (How to sign a power of attorney click here)
*Power of Attorney documents cannot be photographed and must use the original copy of the document only*
A) Receiving the wristband as a group.
- If you pick up the wristband together with the buyer (as the name specified on the ticket), there is no need to prepare the power of attorney.
- If you don’t pick up the wristband together with the buyer, you must prepare the power of attorney (1 hard copy/1 group)
B) Receiving the wristband as an individual.
- If you pick up the wristband individually, you must show the hard copy of power of attorney (1 hard copy/1person)
