🎟️ How to purchase the ticket
1. Sign up or Log in Eventpop account. (Read how to create an account by email)
2. You can purchase UP TO 6 tickets per user only.
4. After payment has been completed, ticket buyers will receive the E-Ticket (QR Code) via email or My Wallet. You can bring this E-Ticket (QR Code) to redeem the wristband at the venue.
5. If you face any problems while processing an order. You can continue ordering via My Wallet. (Read more on How to continue pending orders)
Remark:
- The event organizing team disclaims responsibility for tickets acquired through unofficial sources or third-party transactions/people.
- For those who would like to request the total tax invoice/receipt of the ticket. (How to request ticket full tax invoice)
- After an order has been completed, the organizer reserves the right not to change the zone, upgrade the ticket, request to cancel, or refund in any case. (Non-refundable / Non-upgradable / Non-exchangeable).
- The ticket price includes VAT but excludes the payment method fee and other fees.

👥 How to transfer E-Ticket (QR Code) via the system
E-Ticket (QR Code) owners can transfer their E-Ticket to others via the system. The system will be closed 48 hrs before the event starts. (Read more How to transfer E-Ticket)
🚀 Event Terms&Conditions
- Registration begins at 10:00 A.M.
- All participants can stamp parking tickets at the registration point. (Free parking for 12 hours)
⭐️ Note for workshop session
- The workshop is limited to 50 participants per session. (Read more about how to buy workshop tickets HERE)
- Participants need to purchase a workshop ticket add-on from General Pass or Exclusive VIP Pass ticket type only. All participants must pre-register for each session at the registration point in front of the workshop room in order to attend the session.
- Participants must present their QR code on wristbands in front of the workshop room at least 15 minutes before each session.
- The organizer reserves the right to grant participation to pre-registrants by order until the number of participants is reached.
