 CORPORATE     ENTREPRENEURSHIP: AIMING FOR EXPONENTIAL

GROWTH THROUGH THE CREATIVE & INNOVATIVE MINDSET

Extraordinary way to Profitability

·        It often happens that once a company settles their business model to generate stable profitability, it immediately cements it and ignore their need to continue to innovate. Creativity dies along the bureaucracy which becomes the standard corporate practices. As long as there is a stable cash flow within the company, management tends not to initiate changes that may impact their turnover and profit. This attitude is often visible within big organizations that are far less agile compared to the smaller ones. They have turned their corporate managers into bureaucrats rather than "entrepreneurs". There is no more budget set aside for the company to venture into another potential innovation which could in turn provide them with another realm of opportunities that can deliver far greater profitability in the future. Certainly, opportunities will not come without risks but entrepreneurs will be able to manage whatever risks they encounter along their entrepreneurial journeys.
