2. Select the number of ticket(s). *Please fill in unique email 1:1 per ticket holder only.
3. Next, please fill in the name and email of each person, without any duplication.

If your purchase transaction is pending, you can click 'Purchase Again' and then click 'Resume Pending Transaction'. (How to continue pending order)
5. Once the payment is made, you will receive an E-Ticket with 'Join Live Sessions' button on your email or My Wallet.
6. This ticket can be used to watch live streaming and rerun at the specified time ONLY.
7. Customer can watch the rerun on demand for up to 360 minutes per ticket. The system will countdown limited time once you first click on 'Play Button/Start the video', and stop counting when you click on 'Pause Button'.
8. You can watch rerun video via POPLIVE from 3rd May 2024 at 12:00 PM (GMT+7) until 10th May 2024 at 11:59 PM (GMT+7) ONLY.

1. One ticket/email is reserved for one person only.
2. One ticket can be used to watch the live streaming on 1 device only.
3. You can watch the live streaming on devices connected the internet such as smart phone, computer, tablet, etc.
4. If you want to change the device, you have to close the live streaming screen on the active device. Then, you can watch the live on other device.
5. You can re-enter (by clicking 'Join Live Sessions' button) to continue watching the live streaming until it ends by following the process earlier. Please note that the live streaming is continuously on-airing. This means you are not able to watch the previous content you missed during re-entering.
6. Recording of pictures, videos, or audio of live streaming, including republish through any channels is strictly prohibited.
7. The organizer reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the details of the activities without prior notice, and the decision of the company shall be final.
8. The organizer reserves the right to collect, record, use, disclose, and publish photographs or videos that may include images of attendees for public dissemination, which may be reproduced, altered, distributed, and communicated with the public for advertising and other marketing purposes, both in the present and in the future, without seeking consent from the attendees.
