Terms and Conditions 

Each valid ticket/wristband admits one person only, regardless of purchaser.

New tickets/wristbands WILL NOT be issued for used, lost or stolen tickets.

Wristbands lost, removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced. Wristbands must be worn at all times. Wristbands are not transferable from person to person.

3 Day wristbands may must not be removed throughout the 3-day festival period.

S2O is a 20+ event. All attendees must show their original ID/passport to verify age for entry.

Strictly no refund/changes allowed on a purchased ticket for any reason, even in case of any rescheduling.

Artist lineup is subject to change during the event.

wristband สามารถใช้ได้เพียงคนเดียว หากโดนขโมยหรือทำหายจะไม่ทำการออก wristband ให้ใหม่ 

Wristband ที่หาย หรือมีการถอดออก ถือว่าใช้งานไม่ได้แล้ว และจะไม่มีการออกใหม่ให้

Wristband แบบ 3 วัน จะต้องใส่ wristband ตลอด 3 วัน ห้ามถอดออก และไม่สามารถเอา wristband ให้คนอื่นได้

กำหนดอายุขั้นต่ำ 20 ปีขึ้นไป ซึ่งจะต้องทำการแสดง ID CARD หรือ PASSPORT เพื่อยืนยันอายุ

ไ่ม่มีการคืนเงินในทุกกรณี

artist lineup อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
