Part 1: Making Your Own Kombucha
Kombucha is produced by fermenting tea using a "symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast" (SCOBY).

Part 2: Developing a Proper Stomach Massage Routine
Learning to properly massage your stomach for a few minutes each day can improve digestion, stimulate stomach muscle growth, and help to balance your overall nervous system allowing you to feel healthier and more energized.
You will also learn to make a simple, healthy, and delicious smoothie and can enjoy the smoothie following the workshop to replenish essential nutrients and begin your newly-discovered path of proper and enjoyable digestion.

Kru Bud specializes in digestion rehabilitation and teaching yoga to ‘people who don’t do yoga’.
Kru Bud holds a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance which she obtained at Rishikesh Yogpeeth, India and Prabhu Yoga, Singapore. She’s also a trained wellness coach through Integrative Nutrition, and a health & wellness influencer in Thailand. Over the past couple of years Kru Bud’s success and status as a health coach and yoga teacher has allowed her to rapidly expand her influence to other parts of South East Asia, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
She currently teaches interval yoga at her private studio in the Sathorn area of Bangkok, and she regularly organizes and teaches various in-person workshops where clients learn how to implement simple yet highly-beneficial habits into their daily life for improved health and overall happiness. Kru Bud is also working on her first book, and will soon begin sharing her knowledge through a comprehensive online course which she’s preparing in collaboration with Guri Wellness, Bangkok’s comprehensive wellness community dedicated to helping people to create sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.
