Together with his Head Chef Marcel Skibba of IGNIV in St. Moritz, Chef Andreas presents a sophisticated, an entirely different 3-course fine dining social experience.

As Switzerland’s most acclaimed chef, Andreas presents clean flavors, vibrant colors and a reverence for ingredients, in an array of up to 16 stimulating sharing plates, over 3 courses, plus a small appetizer and post-dessert candy store.
