A focused, fast-paced and highly interactive session on how to use the creativity and knowledge inherent in groups to design insightful, interesting and effective products, services and experiences.



Speaker: Gordon Candelin 

Gordon is an award-winning designer and developer specialising in creating meaningful, innovative products and services for companies, start-ups and non-profits around the world, using people-centered design principles, collaboration and craft. 

Since 2011, Gordon has been lecturing in Interaction Design and User Experience at Chulalongkorn University's international Communication Design (CommDe) program, and leads design and innovation workshops internationally to help mentor governments, businesses, startups, students and other curious, creative people in how to make insightful and useful products and services that are driven by the needs of real people.
