Designing the Future of Education in Thailand and Beyond

Three Bangkok based entrepreneurial leaders in the education space will offer insight into the current state of education in the region and share their vision for the future of Thailand’s education system. A brief 30 minute panel discussion highlighting key questions such as: How is Thailand’s education system evolving to meet the needs of a rapidly changing society and associated workforce demand? What adjustments are needed for current educational systems to better provide adequate 21st century learning skills? How can the future of education be designed to better serve the needs of Thailand?


The panel discussion will then be followed by small group discussion led by the panelists and other members of their organizations. Sharing of ideas and concluding remarks followed by networking will follow. Join us as we discuss, engage and ultimately take a deep dive into the future of education in the Thailand!




Viria Vichit-Vadakan - Learn Education
Viria Vichit-Vadakan is now in-charged of leading the company’s new business unit—serving as a research and innovation arm to create learning products to K-12 students and vocational school students.




Quincy Tanner - EdTech Asia
Quincy Tanner has joined EdTech Asia, Quincy coordinated the Second SEAMEO Youth Leadership Forum for the Southeast Asian Ministries of Education Organization (SEAMEO), as a consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Thailand Resident Mission. His responsibilities included designing and implementing the program, while embedding an entrepreneurial, impact-oriented, and human-centered design mindset in the youth leadership model, and bringing together youths, professionals, and thought leaders to promote interdisciplinary approaches to problem solving.




Giraffe Sorawit Paiboonrattanakorn - Saturday School
Giraffe Sorawit Paiboonrattanakorn is a founder of Saturday School which is a non-profit startup which recruit teaching volunteers to teach and inspire students in high-need schools.
