Are you currently suffering from neck ache, back pain, headache, soreness around your eyes, dizziness, tightness around your shoulders, numbness or tingling sensation in your wrists or feet, extreme tiredness or limited range of motion because you have been sitting on your office chair, hunching your shoulders and head towards computer screen and working in that unhealthy position for more than 8 hours a day? If you find that the above statement explains the situation you are experiencing, this is the workshop that you shouldn’t miss. Surprisingly, in Thailand, almost 80 percent of city office workers is currently suffering from Office Syndrome. Even though many people are experiencing the same situation and your pains seem to be normal, sitting in the bad position for a very long time could lead to serious consequences, including chronic pain, intervertebral disc disease and abnormalities in the spine.

In this fun and entertaining workshop with Khun Kitti Jitngamkham, the founder of Pain Free x Be Fit, certified Stott Pilates rehab instructor and a licensed Thai traditional medicine practitioner and Khun Decha Nortong (Toro), BodyConscious’s fitness manager and a FIT, ACE and TRX certified trainer spealising in preventive training and corrective exercise, you will learn the positions and routines causing the pains, the nutrition your body need to fight against pains and how to exercise to increase muscle strength to prevent pains from coming back in the future.
For the positions causing the pains, in this workshop, you will learn the behaviours that you should avoid and how those behaviours lead to pains in different parts of your body, including sitting chained to your desk for hours, hunching your head and shoulders towards your computer screens, sitting with crossed legs and many more. Apart from that, you will also learn about other unhealthy behaviours that can also lead to muscle and joint pains.

Apart from that, you will also learn how nutrition can affect how your body recovers from pains. It has been said that you are what you eat. This is especially true when it comes to eating food to heal pains. With the busy modern lifestyle, we tend to eat anything that we can conveniently find, such as pre-prepared unhealthy fast food, which often comes with lower nutrition than the amount your body needs. However, it doesn’t mean that eating healthy food is enough. Unexpectedly, people who tend to eat lower carb can also suffer from muscle pains as their bodies cannot properly recover. Let’s find out in this workshop what are the types of food that you should eat to alleviate pains and the types of food that you shouldn’t eat because they could worsen your pains.

Additionally, in this workshop, our speakers will also teach you how to do simple stretches to relieve your pains and easy exercises to prevent the pain from coming back in the future. Needless to say, this workshop is the ultimate guide that will help you to get rid of all the pains you have long been experiencing sustainably!
