In the current world which is full of uncertainties, the role of higher education, especially that of a university, is increasingly important. The university can be a catalyst in creating connectivity among members of society, serving as a knowledge platform to address complex challenges in social, economic, political, environmental and other value systems of our time. Engaging Our Future!—Innovation Challenge for Sustainable Society is a global engagement program in the form of social innovation competition that encourages university students from around the globe to work together as a team towards Sustainable Development Goals.

FAQ
1. Who is eligible to participate?
We believe best projects come from team effort! Therefore, we are accepting projects from a team of minimum 3 - maximum 5 people. There are no limitations on your location, nationality, age.
One important requirement we have is that the members of each team must be the students enrolled in a degree program (as of September 30, 2020) at any university and from any geographical location in the world.
2. Is the participation free? Do I have to pay any fees?
Participation is completely free of charge. There are no application or registration fees for this challenge.
3. What kind of project can we submit?
A project must be an original work of the team. It can be just an idea or an idea with a working prototype, doesn't matter. BUT it has to address Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Competition is designed for the projects that are in an idea/prototype stage. If the team’s project has already started its execution and/or regular operation and/or has launched its MVP (minimal viable product), it is not eligible to be submitted to this Competition.
4. How do we apply?
You will apply as a team. One application for one team / project.
- First, download and fill in our Application Form, which asks for the details of your team members, project and contact information.
- Second, make a presentation of your project - Pitch Deck (not more than 8 slides) - and upload it to Google Slides.
- Third, create a - Video (not more than 3 minutes) - that will explain your project to our judges and upload it to YouTube.
Once you complete the above steps, head over to Eventpop Application Form, fill in the required information, submit your project and wait for the results. Make sure to submit your application before July 23, 2020 6:00pm (GMT +7).
