A valid voucher or e-voucher must be presented otherwise hotel’s Best Available Rate and/or full rate will be applied. 6. Advance reservation is required through reservation@prayapalazzo.com. Reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates may be applied. 7. Cancellation or amendment can be made 3 days prior to arrival and able to make through reservation@prayapalazzo.com. 8. In the event of no-show or late cancellation, the voucher will be automatically rejected and cannot be redeemed for cash in any case. 9. This voucher is valid for one-time use only, is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 10. Please keep the voucher secure.
