When business is going well for startups, it will be the time for startups to look for fund raising either by the way of pitching or by the way of being approached by VCs. Thus, it is unavoidable for founders or co-­founders to encounter with legal documents, such as term sheet, shareholders agreements and legal procedure for increasing the registered capital.

Speaker: Warot Wanakankowit, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Wingman and Partners Ltd. and Warot Business Consultant Ltd. 

Warot has extensive experience with taxation, corporate and commercial, foreign business law, labour and employment and merger and acquisition transactions. He is currently working as a legal consultant at private and public companies in relation to their commercial transactions and business contracts.
