Lean Startup 101

What is Lean Startup? Lean Startup is a methodology used to kick off your startup in the fastest way and using as little resources as possible. It means using a different and more efficient approach into getting things started and your product launched, without actually developing your final product! The Lean Startup methodology teaches you how to build something customers want and run the right experiments to steer your business in the right direction.
