Workshop 1. Som Tam Making

The first workshop will be learning how to make the spicy Thai favorite Som Tam! Participants will learn from a local expert how this Thai staple is made...from techniques to ingredients, everything will be covered.

Workshop 2. Thai Cocktail Making

The second workshop is cocktail making (or mocktails if there are kids on board!) with a Thai twist. Guests of the cruise will learn how to make our signature MoJo cocktail, taste the ingredients and learn about their significance in Thai culture

Workshop 3. Thai Garland Making

The 3rd workshop is traditional garland making, guests of the cruise will learn the significance of this ancient tradition and have the opportunity to create their own beautiful garland to take home.

Workshop 4. Coconut Ice-Cream Making

Last but not least is our fourth workshop, here participants will learn how to make coconut ice-cream. Guests of the cruise will see how coconut milk is extracted from the coconut, they'll have the opportunity to taste and try different coconut products and then build their own delicious coconut ice-cream with traditional toppings.
